- Peter McMahon Added April 08, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I arrived at 7.15 am on 8 February at Calvary Hospital Emergency Department. I was attended to by very helpful triage nurse quickly and efficiently. I also received helpful attention from the staff member who took my personal details. I then waited in a quiet waiting area with about 10 other people. Once the handover of from the night shift had.been completed the people waiting rapidly reduced. I was called by a doctor after waiting about 45 minutes which in the circumstances I thought was reasonable. The doctor was very pleasant but efficient and thoughtful. He struck me as being a very experienced and knowledge professional. He listened attentively to my comments regarding my issues and provided me with good advice. On the whole I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at the a Emergency Department of Calvary Hospital.
